Where do we ship?

Orders can be shipped within the EEA, Switzerland and UK countries. Some restrictions may apply (this list is not exaustive, please contact the Customer Experience for more information). When will my order be delivered?

The order with Standard Delivery will ship the following business day if processed Monday - Friday before 00.00 CET. The order with Fast Delivery will ship the same business day if processed until the 13:00 pm CET (excluding weekends and holidays. Depending on the selected shipping method, your order is estimated to arrive on or before the end of day on the last day.

Can I check the order status or track shipping?

Yes, a tracking number will be updated on your order’s invoice within 12 business hours (48 business hours if weekend or holidays) of your order processing. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email including your tracking number.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

An order cannot be modified once it has been processed. Please contact Customer Experience for any additional shipping questions or concerns.

Which shippers are used to deliver my products?

Depending on the delivery location and shipping method, a shipper will be selected from GLS/Schenker (Standard Delivery) and FedEx (Fast Delivery).

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We accept orders to P.O. Box and to APO/FPO addresses.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For shipping rates please check the table below. Expedited shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery location and your selected shipping method. You can calculate your shipping costs at the checkout page prior to placing your order.

**Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard Delivery orders placed after 10:30 am CET begin processing the next business day. Fast Delivery orders placed before 13:00 CET beging processing on the same day (Weekend and Holidays excluded).
